Bill was very reactive and came within 2h from my call on a Sunday late afternoon. A previous plumber came various times and never managed to fix my problem, but Bill sorted out everything very quickly and has been very helpful explaining what wasn’t working and what I should/shouldn’t do going forward.

Bill has helped me so much with ongoing plumbing issues in my flat for the past year. He’s fixed my old boiler multiple times until my landlord agreed and Bill perfectly fit a new boiler into my flat. Bill did an amazing job.
